Argumentative essay

http://realcsn.tistory.com/62

In Seoul, corporal punishment is banned because of student rights. This is causing some problems because Korea don't have another tool to teach bad students. To illustrate, some bad students ignore teachers' words saying "I won't follow your words! you can't hit me!"
However, did corporal punishments really working correctly out Seoul? There are many incidents that teachers hit students so hard, officially and secretly. Sometimes teachers hit students not really on purpose to teach, but because the teacher is angry or some others, and it is causing harms to the society. Problems are created because of corporal punishment prohibition but it is only a problem in the short term and it has to be solved without any forces. As a result, we should ban corporal punishment from schools in the whole country in The Republic of Korea.

For the First reason, students have rights to be protected. No one can harm someone else without necessity to protect themselves. Did only Seoul students have their rights?  Did teachers have necessity to beat students? Students don't try to kill their teachers that teachers have to fight back. Also they is students' right to learn, but there is no such right as 'right to teach'. Students should have their rights to make sure they can take their rights, practicing from now. Teens have to be able to shout out for their rights. Students rights.

For the second reason, corporal punishment does not really work for teaching but it harms education. Students are not animals. They can understand teachers worlds without any threats. Because of just demanding and punishing without explains, students lost leading attitude, originality and self confidence. Corporal punishment make students study with fear not with pleasure. From the study from IEA's TMISS, Korean average math and science capability is the highest but interest is almost the lowest. And many other countries who have high interests don't use corporal punishments to teach students. Corporal punishment is also bad for health. There were a study of behavior medical science journal that tells if you are punished physically in your childhood, you have 60~80% more higher percent to have cancer.

On the other hand ,Some people think corporal punishment is very helpful preventing giving up teaching. They  say bad students will be out of control if corporal punishment is banned. However, Did Seoul made good job controlling troublemakers in school? These students thinks that they can just ignore the words from teachers by getting hit once. So there are no differences from before between today. The important thing is that those students become worse having bad feelings of society when they be hit. Many criminals said they were hit while growing. Hit students became timid people.
Some other people thinks corporal punishment regulates students to protect other students' right to study. There are numerous alternative methods to regulate like changing bad students' school, persuading and giving other punishments with explain.

In conclusion corporal punishment harms rights of the students and it is bad for education. Also corporal punishment is not really helpful for preventing giving up teaching nor regulating students. Korean government have to ban corporal punishment for whole country right now.

She stopped, get stunned, astonished, by the article titled " Tour favorite star has a scandal." She read it, became mad, kicked the computer, spot bad words about the girl who had scandal with her favorite star.

movie 'Brave' response essay- compare and contrast of sibling relationship

http://pixartimes.com/2012/02/21/new-brave-character-descriptions-released/

I watched the movie 'Brave' on January 11 2013. The story was about Merida solving a conflict between her and her mother. It was interesting and exciting because it was adventurous.

In the Movie 'Brave', Merida has three little brothers. They are very cute. They are so tiny and they have permed red hair. They love sweets and they mock other people. They make the movie more entertaining and they also help Merida. Like them,l my brother helps me and entertains my family, too. Merida's siblings and My siblings have some differences.

Initially, they are some differences between Merida's siblings and my siblings. I am younger than my brother, but Merida is older than her brothers.l Merida and her brothers are princes and princesses, but we are must ordinary students. Unlike Merida's brothers, like sweets more than Merida but I like sweets more than my brother. Merida's siblings don't exist in real world, but we exist. We are Korean but they live somewhere in the west. It seems like they are people in historical times as they are killing a bear with a sword. But we live in a period of technology.

Second, we both have conflicts between our parents in slightly different ways. Merida has to behave like a princess, but I have to behave like a kind daughter and a good student. On the other hand, we have similarities that we don't want to behave like that. Also merida's brothers have hard times being naughty and my brother has a hard times not following his parents' advice sometimes.

Last but not least, Merida and her brothers help each other and we also do that. We talk to each other and ask questions about many things. Fore example, I ask about my school works to my brother. Merida helps her brother eat sweets. My brother and I help each other by making a deal sometimes like Merida and her brothers. To illustrate, Merida's three brothers helped Merida to solve a problem while Merida is trying to change her destiny. She had to save her mother, in that time who was changed into a bear. Her brothers got Merida's dessert for years. Me and my brother lend money with interest to each other and give some requests for a fee.

In conclusion, even though we are different in some parts, Merida and her brothers, me and my brother have conflicts with our parents. And having this background, we both help each other. Like Merida's siblings I want to be helpful to my sibling and change his destiny even for no fee! And I hope my brother will help me, too. Merida's sibling relationship seems nice and fun so that you can imitate it, too.

http://blog.naver.com/PostView.nhn?blogId=nsy3615&logNo=80156261512

Dear Yongari,

Hellos, Yongari! I met you again some days ago for meal. You will not know how much I felt grateful. I loved to see your yellow clothes which makes me deserve to eat you. I didn't mean to hurt you, but I am finishing your life with achieving your purpose to live. I think I am the best person who can have a happy time taking your life away from you, Yongari.

You are being born and reborn again and again in the facilities, Yongari and Yongari, Yongaries are filled with hopes to make people happy. You are so kind for people volunteering risking your whole life. I will never forget your spirits to burn your whole soul for happiness.

How cute you and your brothers are, Yongari. How dedlicious you are, the very crunchy you are. Why can't I like you, why are you processed foodstuffs. Why are you fried food? Why do you have fats? Why are you cooked with fry-fan, not 3 minuites in microwave oven. I have my fate to eat you, but I have a destiny's prank that I can't eat you. I very often met you, and I will change my destiny one day.

Do you remember the first time when I met you? You showed me a new world. I can't forget my friend's mom giving fried chicken named Yongari to me. The fresh feeling freaked out in my tongue with fresh bite which made me fine. It was nice, rusting and sweet. They gave me a fresh shock with a fresh bite. You gave a happy time for our friendship.

Do you remember the second time I met you? IT was at my aunt's house. It was so long time no see. You greeted me with your cool black warm fry-pan. That time you really seemed like a dinosaur. And you reminded me that there is such happiness made by you, Yongari.

Do you remember the third time we met? It was at my other friend's house. We felt gloomy that they,l but you swept that gloomy mind of us and gave as a small precious tiny time to recover in a second. You were so kind to all times for me.

And it was the fourth time I met you here. I think I can meet you when I achieve my goal to be independent. I hope you stay popular until then, and wait for me in a warm mood, as you are in all times.

Setting 30-day Goals

If I am not doing what makes me exciting, I often get stuck in a rut. So I make goals every day every weeks every months, and goals for my whole life.
Angela teacher showed us a video of a lecture Matt Cutts' 30 day Challenges. I found Climbing up Kilimanjaro seemed interesting. I will add it up in my goals for my whole life. Anyway, I set my 30-day goals for GLPS in the writing class.
(Link to Angela's blog of the video.)

My first goal is to say politely to people.

Step 1 is stop saying directly if it does not help anyone.

Step 2 is to use 'Yes,(and)' Phrases. This Phrase is what my father taught me. If somebody said something that I can't agree, don't just say 'No' directly. Say 'Yes' as much as you can, and use 'and' instead of 'but'. Then people are more likely to follow your words and less likely to fight with you.

Step 3 is thinking positively. Then I don't need to say negative words directly.

My second goal is to sleep early. If I don't attend 2nd self-study time in GLPS, I will sleep until 11:00 PM. If I attend it, I will sleep until 12:00 PM.

Step 1 is to finish using my cellphone before the first self study time and structure phone uses.
I planned to use my phone in this following way;
In the morning, I will check twitter. I will check my twit in morning break times. At lunch and dinnertime, I will  use in the same way as morning.

Step 2 is to try my best and live actively in daytime.

My last goal is to study math everyday except holiday.

Step 1 is to adjust class materials using mind-maps or notes.

Step 2 is solving problems of homework prints and the homework book.

Step 3 is solving problems from my supplementation book.
